Every Essence & Trove mattress is backed by our industry-leading non-prorated warranty — a reflection of the quality built into every layer.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Body impressions greater than 1½" (quilted top models)
- Body impressions greater than ¾" (smooth top models)
- Coils or wires that become loose or protrude through the fabric
Important Notes
- Valid for the original purchaser only, for residential use
- Floor models and display units are included in the applicable mattress warranty, subject to all other warranty terms and conditions.
- Requires a proper, supportive bed frame — Queen/King must have solid center support
- Warranty is voided by staining, soiling, misuse, or improper foundation
- All transportation costs for warranty service are the purchaser's responsibility
Mattress Care & Tips
Allow Time to Adjust
It may take 1–4 weeks for your body to fully adjust to a new mattress — this is completely normal.
Rotate Regularly
Rotating your mattress periodically helps equalize natural compression and extend its life.
Use a Proper Foundation
Always pair your mattress with a supportive, even foundation. An old or improper box spring can affect feel and void your warranty.
Body Impressions Are Normal
Comfort layers naturally conform to your body. This is not a defect — it's your mattress doing its job.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover normal body impressions, comfort preference changes, or damage caused by improper use or foundation.
